About the Role - We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Marketing Content Executive to lead our content initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising content to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, content strategy, and audience engagement. Reporting into the digital marketing manager this role would work closely alongside the SEO manager, PPC manager, Product Manager, Content Executive, automation and website teams.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s digital marketing goals.
* Create, manage, and optimise content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
* Working closely with the SEO manager to implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
* Analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by curating and posting engaging content.
* Contribute and manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
* Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all digital content.
Required Skills
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or related roles.
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content strategies.
* Must be a quick learner and adapt well in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
* Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress and/or Contentful) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo).
* Experience with social media management and paid advertising campaigns.
