New Relic is looking for an experienced Senior HR professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a high performing Global HR Business Partner team. We are looking for a trusted advisor and a strategic thinker that naturally excels at building strong relationships. This Senior HRBP should demonstrate passion to strategically partner with the global HRBP team, People Team, Finance, Legal, and Tech Leaders to drive an innovative and growth mindset culture.
This is a global Senior HR Business Partner role and you will partner with the Go To Market organisation in EMEA. The role will provide strategic partnership and effective support in a manner that is consistent with local laws and best practices and will help shape the future of work through strong partnerships, data analysis, trending issues, assessing root cause analysis and making recommendations to influence positive outcomes.
What you'll do
* Support VP+ and subordinate leaders and their orgs in key HR lifecycle processes.
* Coach and influence CxO, VP+ leaders, and their orgs on all aspects of HR lifecycle processes, policies, and programs.
* Partner to lead change and thoughtfully design and implement a change management plan positively with minimal disruption to product rollouts, key projects, etc.
* Partner closely with the global HRBP team to align on strategies, key priorities, and processes.
* Partner with our People Team, FP&A partners, and other parts of the organisation to lead, develop and deliver strategic HR initiatives that include: organisational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, culture, diversity, talent development, and performance management to provide creative strategies and solutions for the business.
* Lead and serve as an advisor and coach on initiatives to use HR processes and resources to achieve high performance successfully, exceed strategic objectives, and adapt to and manage organisational and business changes.
* Proactively partner with our Talent Acquisition team to share information and develop successful recruiting strategies.
* Lead and/or serve on special HR assigned project teams and business unit committees.
* Adhere to and/or set new standards/upleveling of standard practices and methodologies. Analyse data and trends and recommend, develop, and deliver on plans to improve employee experiences, including engagement, DEI, retention, and performance.
* Support compliance of all local laws and regulations, security, and integrity of data including personal and confidential information.
This role requires
* Progressive experience in HR
* Experience supporting a GTM org.
* CIPD
* Experience supporting EMEA and strong knowledge of supporting employees and leaders in multiple countries.
* Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including organisation development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation.
* Excellent consulting and conflict management skills, ability to coach and influence leaders at various levels.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience managing regional challenges and complex regional projects while working across multiple geographies with HRBPs, COEs, and Finance partners.
* This role will be a hybrid role and therefore requires you to have access to our London office.
