As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference and gain experience as part of modern environment championing continual improvement. This is an initial 6 month fixed term salaried contract with the potential for a longer term commitment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include investigation and providing solutions to IT issues, supporting teams using the housing management system, training, providing support on a wide range of IT systems across infrastructure and software solutions, resolving incidents in a timely manner, ensuring continual improvement, maintain integrations and reporting, as well as documentation. Must Have Previous commercial experience in an IT support or service desk capacity. Demonstrable experience working with housing management systems (such as Civica Cx, NEC/Northgate Housing, Capita One/OPENHousing, Aareon QL, MRI Enterprise/ Orchard, MIS Active-H, D365 housing solutions, or similar.) Experience of supporting Microsoft desktop technologies such as Windows and Office 365. Experience supporting, PCs, Laptop, Smartphones, printers, and other similar devices/hardware. Nice to Have SQL Business Process Modelling and/or BPMN experience Relevant certification (such as Microsoft or Vendor certification, ITIL, etc) As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, a self-starter comfortable with taking responsibility for delivery. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to think on your feet and be ultimately goal orientated.
