This exciting opportunity will be based in Loughton. You will join us on a full-time basis in return for a salary between £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. Salary will reflect your skills and knowledge.

Your role and responsibilities:
* Drive the business to develop its operational processes and work with colleagues to enhance a culture of continuous improvement.
* Working with colleagues across all areas of the business to introduce new processes and improve existing processes.
* Create and update process maps and documentation to a high and accurate standard.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance data and systems that support performance monitoring.
* Produce and present KPI reports to both internal colleagues and external partners.
* Support configuration of business systems to reflect improvements (i.e. Total Mobile Connect, Brightly Confirm, Power BI).
* Proactively identify positive and negative trends from KPI reports and work with relevant teams to share good practices and create actionable solutions for any concerns.
* Ensure improvement activities are sustained through regular follow-ups.
* Support the integration of new business into the organisation.

Qualifications and experience:
* Specialist knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools.
* Experience of implementing change in a continuous improvement environment.
* Previous use of analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) is desirable, but not essential.
* Familiarity with Total Mobile Connect and Brightly Confirm is desirable, but not essential.
