This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific responsibility for driving new member sales, maximising retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working
* Lead by example in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process and support team training
* Drive new member sales and retain existing members
* Manage activity planners for the gym
* Implement strategies to increase lead generation
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicate insights
* Drive revenue across all lines including membership and product sales
* Present monthly sales reports to management
* Build relationships with local businesses and develop local partnerships
* Lead #WeMoveBusinesses membership initiatives
* Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
* Support national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide constructive feedback to support team development
