Japanese Travel Company is seeking for Inbound Operation Assistant Japanese Travel Company Japanese Speaking Inbound Operation Assistant Location: City, Hybrid Salary: 25K Responsibilities: Create/amend bookings Arrange guide, coach, car, entrance ticket, restaurant etc. Operation of the tours including emergency phone duty Japanese language customer service desk Register and maintain product information on dedicated systems Create and update sales materials (website, social media etc) Substitute Japanese language assistant for emergency Requirements: Customer service experience Native level Japanese language in oral and written communication skills are necessary Good English oral and written communication skills are necessary Destination knowledge (UK, London) is preferred Moderate computer literature – experience in working with Microsoft packages is desirable Experience or interests in shooting & editing picture videos, posting them on SNS is preferred
