Domus Recruitment are working with a reputable social care provider that is looking for a new HR Manager. You will be based in the office, which is located in Wombourne, Wolverhampton. Candidates must have experience in Certificates of Sponsorships, Visas, and Right to Work.

Key Responsibilities of a HR Manager:
1. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
2. Support large staff team.
3. Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counselling employees and supervisors.
4. Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
5. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.
6. Handle confidential matters with discretion.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
HR Manager Requirements:
1. Five or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
3. Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of national laws related to HR.
