Supporting with day to day reception duties Handling payments for scan images Need to transport hospital notes from the department to other areas of the hospital using appropriate transportation Answering the telephone in a professional manner and making calls as required Dealing with any relevant paper work Provide full administration support to the Antenatal/Fetal Medicine Department Monitoring and checking emails Responsibility for updating and cleaning databases, systems and spreadsheets General office duties; appointment booking, photocopying, tracking and ordering patient notes, diary maintenance, stock ordering, audits The post holder is expected to show initiative, managing priorities and workload using own initiative. There will be a requirement to work to deadlines using time management and organisational skills. The need to have good communication skills both written and verbal is essential, as is the ability to be able to work under pressure and make informed decisions when required.
