Main Duties:
Administering Medication and Treatments: Assisting or prompting individuals with their medication and treatments.
Personal Care: Supporting clients with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing.
Household Duties: Helping around the home, including washing dishes, laundry, and tidying up.
Safe Movement: Using specialist equipment to move individuals safely.
Meal Preparation: Preparing food and assisting or prompting clients at mealtimes.
Companionship and Emotional Support: Offering a listening ear and being a comforting presence for those in need.
Community Engagement: Accompanying clients on trips into the community for appointments and wellbeing activities.
Commitment:
Working a minimum of 16 hours per week, including every other weekend.
Driving: You must have a full Driving License and your own car.

Working for Us:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour on weekdays and £14.01 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay).
We’ll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card—saving you over £70!
Paid travel and waiting time up to 30 minutes.
Paid mileage on support sessions (40p per mile).
Full-time hours and set shifts, or flexible shift patterns.
Refer a friend to join our team, and you’ll both receive a £150 bonus—what a win-win! (paid once you have both worked 12 weeks).
A 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 100 hours).
