Job Introduction Total Wellbeing Luton is a service providing an innovative approach which aims to support both the emotional and physical health needs of people across Luton. The service brings together a range of evidence-based interventions aimed at addressing emotional health concerns early whilst encouraging and enabling the adoption of healthier lifestyles, including stopping smoking, weight management, increasing physically active and managing and reducing the impact of long-term conditions. We have a full-time and part-time opportunity. Role Responsibility We are currently looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team who will support the first point of contact for service users, stakeholders and partners. This is an exciting role working within a fast paced, demand led contact centre service. A challenging but rewarding environment which will include: Being the first point of contact for people accessing Total Wellbeing Luton via telephone, email or online Helping to guide service users through their first steps into the service providing information and advice about our various programmes that supports their holistic health and wellbeing Completing referrals, book appointments and send appropriate information Helping to support an integrated approach to physical and emotional wellbeing by maintaining a current and up to date knowledge of all programmes available within the Total Wellbeing Luton service Undertaking administrative activities as required The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role you will need to have: Experience within a customer service or health and social care environment Have experience within a fast paced, demand led environment Ability to support a diverse community without prejudice and demonstrate empathy Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service and provide a high-quality client experience Experience using databases to input personal and sensitive information and Microsoft Office 365 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Total Wellbeing Luton operates Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. The successful candidate would be required to be flexible and work on a shift rota basis of 20 hours per week to meet the needs of the service. Flexibility within a shift rota will be required. This position supports a blended working approach to enable home working by arrangement although there will be a requirement to work from the office as required.
