The Opportunity
Are you ready to take your career in client management to the next level? As a Senior Client Manager II, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing client relationships, using your insurance know-how, dynamic communication skills, and strong leadership skills. Leading client meetings independently and alongside Client Executives, you'll showcase your expertise while supporting and guiding your team to success. Plus, you'll be a key player in assisting the sales team, making this role both challenging and rewarding for ambitious professionals looking to make a real impact.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Point of contact for all service inquiries for new and existing clients in certain segments.
* Supporting sales initiatives, processing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships across various financial services sectors.
* Providing exceptional customer service, assisting in compliance tasks, and continuously expanding your industry knowledge.
* Prepare appropriate paperwork for new account processing as well as tracking the transition stages of new business for M3 Financial.
* Organize and prioritize workflow for M3 Financial book of business.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2+ years insurance agency, retirement planning, 401K, or company experience or education in insurance is desired.
* Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
* Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.
* Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues.
* Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency automation systems (e.g., EPIC).
* Financial Licensee; Series 65 license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire within 9 months.
* Life, Accident and Health insurance license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
