Job Description
* Provide robust support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new policies.
* Conduct comprehensive research to inform policy decisions.
* Coordinate and organise meetings, including minute-taking.
* Manage correspondence and communication within the department.
* Compile and maintain reports for senior management.
* Ensure the smooth running of the department through effective administrative support.
* Contribute to special projects as assigned within the public sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Policy & Support Officer should have:
* A strong academic background with a focus on public policy or a related field.
* Proven experience in a support role within a busy office environment.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
What's on Offer
A competitive hourly rate based on a salary of £33,024.
Weekly Pay
Flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm.
Full-time role.
