Payroll Assistant – £31,000
We have an opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Assistant based at our Support Office in Bromley, Kent. Excelcare are a privately owned care provider with 31 care homes, a homecare division, a supported housing business and a number of smaller operating companies. We pay up to 3,000 employees monthly.
As Payroll Assistant you would be reporting to the Head of Payroll, working with an experienced and well-established team to provide and maintain an efficient and accurate day-to-day payroll support function. It as an exciting time of change moving towards digitalising our systems and processes so you would be part of that journey too.
About the role:
· Manage and process monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including tax and National Insurance contributions, pensions, statutory payments and the submission of PAYE and Real Time Information filings.
· Record and maintain precise payroll records. Calculating and process payments, deductions, pensions, and benefits, ensuring they are accurately reflected on employees' payslips.
