We work closely with a fantastic special school in the Devizes area that are looking for new TA's to join the school with an immediate start. The school are based in a fantastic location with brand new facilities and boast a very high staff retention rate.
The school look after a very wide range of special needs & disabilities which will often be complex needs so experience in this area is essential.
The role
As their are a few gaps at the school currently it is not certain which class you will be supporting in so will very much depend on your experience and best fit!
The role will mostly be providing general classroom support as well as 1-1 support where required. The classroom teachers look to their TA's for any additional support, consistency and proactiveness - proactiveness is the most important trait they require in a special school.
