What you'll do This role will play a key part in the definition and development of the digital eCommerce journeys for our Consumer customers in Vodafone UK, with a specific focus on the Checkout capability. You will be an integral part of the Digital operating model for Consumer UK and support and drive the performance of the eCommerce Checkout platform. The role will be accountable for managing the checkout roadmap, monitor its key KPIs and map out the product capability in order to drive sales growth, reduce cost to serve and drive adoption of the experience alongside improving overall tNPS. This role will work closely with key senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that product development needs are met and any new propositions are supported in line with planned go-to-market activity. As a product manager you will play a pivotal role in influencing the digital shop strategy and work with the relevant delivery teams to execute the channel strategy. You'll identify future opportunities for optimising the checkout, contributing to increasing digital sales mix and building capability to underpin the Consumer strategy. Key accountabilities: Manage & prioritise the team's roadmap for the eCommerce checkout, ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints. Input into the eCommerce strategy and roadmap. Support quarterly PI planning activities for the Checkout squads. Monitor the key health indicators of the checkout, analyse its data and map out optimisation features. Manage the checkout platform performance as well as evolving the platform. Engagement of stakeholders on progress againstroadmap & key issues. Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activityand regulatory changes to ensure products remain category leaders. Who you are Experience with eCommerce and preferably the checkout step of the journey. Experience of working as a Digital Product Manager with expertise in roadmap management and product discovery. Previous experience of working in an agile software development environment. Experience of defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests and making data oriented decisions. Expert understanding of self-service front ends and the interfaces with backend information systems. Analytical skills to measure impact, identify trends and create strong hypothesis to test. Experience of driving strategy and delivery in a digital environment. Previous experience and exposure working in large complex organisations. Strong Commercial knowledge.
