Location: Boots Speke Liverpool
Contract: Fixed Term, MAT Cover until April 2025, 37.5 hours, 5 days out of any 7

JOB PURPOSE
In line with the F&B vision and mission, the Account Manager will lead an energetic and passionate team dedicated to creating experiences with our clients. The Account Manager is responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market by liaising with field and head office functions. They will manage the day-to-day running of the counter and continue to coach and mentor the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leading the team: The Account Manager guides their team towards achieving results and developing individual talents.
2. Create an environment rich with ethics, integrity, and diversity, leading to positive team collaboration.
3. Proactively identify, address, and manage any employee relations issues with the support of their Retail Development Manager in accordance with local CHANEL policies.
4. Facilitate frequent team and individual communication to ensure collective knowledge among all team members.
5. Share the brand vision and business challenges, giving meaning and empowerment to the team while holding them accountable.
1. Business developer: The Account Manager embodies an entrepreneurial spirit.
2. Responsible for building CHANEL’s portfolio of clients through data capture in line with brand expectations.
3. Develop business initiatives in line with brand vision and strategy.
4. Takes responsibility for staff rotas and operational zoning to ensure floor coverage and optimal client experience.
5. Communicate retail and collateral stock needs to all necessary parties.
6. Provide feedback and reporting to line manager to influence strategies and recommendations.
1. Experience creator: The Account Manager creates conditions for a consistent and memorable experience.
2. Lead by example on the selling floor by creating tailor-made, personalised client experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
3. Facilitate the resolution of client service complaints with a holistic approach.
4. Ensure the team has tools/training to provide a CHANEL client experience.
5. Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to throughout the counter.

2. Has a solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage and know-how, and shares it with clients and the team.
