Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 Depending on experience plus up to 6% discretionary bonus.
Working Location: Milton Keynes – Once fully trained will become hybrid 3 days from office 2 days from home.

What you’ll be doing
11. Proactively working with our registered builders to improve (then maintain) homeowner data compliance levels.
12. Actively monitoring homeowner data compliance levels achieved at a builder level, identifying, investigating and helping to resolve any issues impacting a builder’s ability to provide compliant data.
13. Regular communication (phone/email/online meetings) to provide builders with timely feedback and guidance, offering solutions and highlighting improvements needed to increase compliance, documenting and progressing actions within agreed timescales.
14. Processing files received from builders ensuring the successful, accurate and timely capturing of data.
15. Ensuring key business processes are documented, regularly reviewed and seeking improvements and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have
16. Experience working with Data or strong excel skills.
17. Customer service skills, with account management experience desirable.
18. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
