Reporting to the contracts manager. Controling quality of works, from sub contractors. Site inductions & Toolbox talks. Working at a fast pace against a programme. Monitoring Health and safety, and ensureing a high level of health and safety is maintained on site. Skills and Experience Experience in managing projects with at least 50 houses. Will have previously worked on a new-build housing market for 5 years. keen eye for details, Provide quick and effective solutions along with being a good communicator CSCS, SMSTS, First aid a trade background would be advantageous.
