Responsibilities
* Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
* Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
* Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Interface with Planning, Materials & Operations
* Effective NPI from Prototype, Ramp to Full Production
* Create and Manage Customer Dashboards
* QBR & Customer meetings
* Build Repour and Exceptional customer Relationships
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
* Needs Assessment: Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Preferred - Knowledge of electronics manufacturing industry.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
