Sales Advisor – Inbound – Up to £32k – Woking – Hybrid

You will be the first point of contact for residential/home-owner customers, playing a key role in shaping their experience. You will turn enquiries into successful outcomes through careful planning and great organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming new enquiry calls and allocating other calls as needed.
* Contacting new email enquiries by phone to establish a connection.
* Providing advice to prospective clients to help secure sales.
* Following up on survey proposals promptly to secure client instructions.
* Managing client instructions by setting up projects in the company’s database.
* Raising invoices and processing payments.
* Drafting standard residential management plans to support Consultants.
* Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with research and data collection as needed.
Who/what we are looking for?
* An interest in environmental issues is highly desirable.
* A degree in environmental studies or similar is a bonus.
* Strong communication skills to build trust and balance customer needs with business objectives.
* A positive, results-driven approach to create lasting customer relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
