We've recruiting to this new and exciting role of Wellbeing Coach (Retention Focus).
The focus of the role will be supporting colleagues to develop their knowledge of health and wellbeing and helping them and where appropriate their managers, to make positive choices and develop colleague wellbeing. The overall aim is to help keep colleagues well in work. This will include helping colleagues to access required services and supporting them to take responsibility for improving their health and wellbeing where appropriate.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of the benefits of positive work-place retention and the ability to promote this to employers and individuals. You'll also have experience of working with people who may have or be experiencing mental health problems and knowledge of mental and physical health conditions.
This is a rewarding role that will allow you to utilise your current skills to influence, support and encourages others to build a future, and will also allow us to become better with your unique experiences., Through personal assessment and vocational profiling establish effective action plans and progression routes.
Be able to offer short-term advice and guidance in relation to a work situation.
Engage with managers to support both them and their employees.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range £26,000 to £29,545 p.a. pro rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
