Responsibilities Job Purpose: Responsible for the operations and direction of a robust and resilient set of Demand Management processes. The key deliverables range from standardising and enhancing the short and medium-term forecasting processes, coordinating and aligning all stakeholders in the demand allocation process, maintaining and improving the S&OP process for the EMEA Region and improving S&OP maturity by using automation and other new methodologies. Key Responsibilities: S&OP process responsibility to drive the monthly cycle of flow of information from patients’ acquisition, volume forecast, value forecast, Risks and Opps and supply chain response Lead the monthly S&OP meetings with the Local Executive Teams of the Region and present the outputs to the Regional Executive Leadership team Develop a S&OP maturity template which can be shared with Global teams on how best to implement a Global process Run the monthly forecasting process by engaging with EMEA Clusters, Regional management and Franchise Leads to review SKU volumes, pricing and forecasting trends in order to arrive at a consensus forecast Implement collaborative procedures across key stakeholders (countries, franchises, supply chain, finance) which will help with smooth flow of forecast and related assumptions Collate Risk and Opportunities during the S&OP processes from across EMEA and consolidate for Regional and global S&OP presentations Identify appropriate measures to enhance forecast accuracy Membership of and contribution to Finance leadership team, as required Qualifications Qualification & Position Requirements: Significant relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical consulting companies with demonstrated expertise in the areas of demand/supply chain management, forecasting and launch planning Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and persuade a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to effect change European languages an advantage Location: based in the UK or at a KKI affiliate Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
