The marketing team is a core function within CISL, which finds new ways to engage aspiring business leaders looking to deliver business more sustainable. The team works collaboratively across the Institute and with external partners to identify and speak to those who are looking to act towards CISL's mission.
The role
Key skills and experience:
1. Previous work on data projects, or projects with significant focus on CRM, digital enablement or automation.
2. Experience working to tight deadlines and on multiple projects concurrently.
3. Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders including more senior staff.
4. Experience managing or analysing data sets, or delivering data improvements.
5. Project management skills with the ability to plan, implement and monitor their own workload.
6. Confident communicator.
7. Ability to interpret digital project briefs, and deliver insights to a project team
8. Understanding of the principles and deployment of a marketing automation platform (Click Dimensions preferable).
9. Attention to detail and effective prioritisation when working multiple deadlines.
10. Fully competent with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and Marketing Automation systems.

This post is permanent, full-time on a hybrid working basis with at least 2 days in our award-winning Cambridge office.
