As a Relief Support Worker, you will be part of a collaborative team, providing support to service users. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents. Guided by the values of compassion, dignity, and respect, you will ensure that service users’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of Personal Support Plans, promoting choice and personal growth, and supporting service users in their daily activities. You will participate in meetings, maintain accurate records, and help facilitate access to health services.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
