Client Strategy Manager (Wealth Management) - Wallingford
Our client is seeking a talented Client Strategy Manager to join their team in Wallingford. You will work with the Wealth Management Team to provide wealth management services to clients.
Key Duties:
1. Prepare Meeting Packs for client review meetings, including performance reports.
2. Review meeting notes and agendas, book client meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and send appointment confirmations.
3. Prepare and send post-review meeting packs and agreements to clients.
4. Manage all client documents and document returns.
5. Handle client document delivery via post and portal.
6. Deliver scheduled client reports such as Monthly Factsheets, Quarterly Outlooks, Capital Gains tax statements, platform statements, and income tax certificates.
7. Submit all client transactions, including platform trading and confirmation letters, in compliance with procedures and file checks.
8. Address ad hoc client requests like address changes, withdrawals, income modifications, and new investments or premiums.
9. Ensure all documentation is properly filed and registers and checklists are completed.
10. Collaborate effectively with team members.
11. Ideal candidates will be experienced administrators or junior paraplanners focused on delivering wealth management services.
12. The role offers opportunities for progression to Level 4 qualifications and further advanced exams.
