The Counselling Service at St George’s School of Health and Medical Sciences provides a confidential, high-quality, short-term counselling service to staff and students at the University to help them manage psychological, emotional and mental health difficulties. We are looking to expand our offer with the role of Mental Health Advisor.
Key attributes of the successful applicant include:
1. A proven track record as an experienced and currently accredited clinical mental health practitioner - in the field of mental health nursing, mental health, social work, occupational therapist or similar.
2. Strong skills of assessing clinical risk and delivering therapeutic support.
3. Collaborating with other key University services and academic departments.
