About the Role - As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include stakeholder management and reporting. You will also be responsible for tracking costs and planning. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of project management principles and practises, as you will contribute to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities Creation and facilitation of new weekly team meetings and external stakeholder engagement. Creation of new project management tools, such as action tracker, milestone tracker, and risk register. Develop, monitor, and report planning and implementation in Zoho and Planisware. Creation of cost tracker, alignment of all cost tools, track and analyse monthly actuals, PO commitments, and forecasting. Strengthen stakeholder links, interdependencies, and risk management. TACT (Test Activity Control Team) support and regular 4-box reporting. Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Technical engineering understanding/background ideally within Aerospace. Knowledge/awareness of Systems engineering (Test/Design). Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Relevant Project Coordination experience in a highly regulated environment (Aviation, Defence, Space preferred).
