This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable professional to join the team in a varied assignment. Key responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Analyst will include:
* Handle the complete accounts payable process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations.
* Accurately process accounts payable invoices and credits, meeting strict SLAs.
* Manage and execute payment runs.
* Reconcile vendor statements.
* Efficiently manage inboxes, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
The successful Accounts Payable Analyst will require:
* Proven experience in a accounts payable, preferably within a larger organisation.
* ERP systems experience.
* Analytical mindset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential .
