The Role As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that attract and engage key prospects. Working closely with the sales and content teams, you will help create personalised, targeted marketing assets and lead generation campaigns. Your efforts will drive high-quality leads and enhance the brand's reputation across multiple channels, including digital, email, and events. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to attract and engage key audiences, working closely with cross-functional teams. Drive demand generation efforts and work on inbound marketing strategies to improve lead conversion rates. Collaborate with sales and content teams to create marketing assets, including case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns. Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events. Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform strategies and optimise future efforts. Organise and support events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, ensuring they align with business objectives. Work with agency partners for digital media, graphic design, PR, and content creation. What We're Looking For: 3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role, ideally in a technology-driven or SaaS environment. Strong expertise in inbound marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies. Experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot to manage and analyse campaigns. Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and SEO/SEM techniques. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling marketing content. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to optimise campaigns.
