Your role will involve: We are looking for a 3rd Line OS Core Engineer to join our team 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role. The applicant must be Highly Cleared sole national 3rd Line OS Core Engineer required for this high level government account.
