Customer Services Advisor
Location: Rochdale
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Immediate Start)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our client's team in Rochdale. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, designed to support the team during a busy period. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and input customer orders into the system
2. Update delivery information and track order statuses
3. Check stock levels to ensure availability for orders
4. Process orders efficiently and accurately
5. Maintain and update order details in the system
6. Communicate with the warehouse team to monitor and track orders
7. Update paperwork related to orders and deliveries
8. Manually input order details as required
9. Communicate with customers via phone to assist with order queries
10. Respond to customer queries via email and provide necessary support
11. Provide general administrative support to the team
12. Liaise with other offices and teams as necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in order processing and customer service
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Excellent phone manner and communication skills
