Job summary The Integrated Legal Team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for two Paralegals to join ourteam in a key role to support the delivery of in-house case management. The Team delivers expert in-house legal services across Claims, Inquests, Mental Capacity Law and Mental Health Law as well as wide-ranging Healthcare Law. This role is a key part of the ongoing development of the Integrated Legal Team to ensure the in-house legal service provision is of the highest standard in the most complex cases, trust-wide. Working to ensure excellent quality case management including considered, compassionate clinical staff support for the duration of the applicable legal process, whilst ensuring the Trust's legal compliance.
