Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to senior management and teams.
Oversee and improve office processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct analysis and research to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a business support role, preferably at a senior level.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
