Make an Impact at RSM UK – External Audit
Our graduate apprenticeship programme offers challenges, growth, and possibilities. You'll study towards your AAT qualification, with support every step of the way. You'll conduct thorough reviews of clients' financial records, ensuring accuracy and building stakeholder trust.
You will:
* Engage in client work quickly, initially as part of a team, then independently.
* Gain ownership of tasks, preparing you to supervise teams.
* Work with diverse clients, including businesses, charities, and non-profits.
The role is mainly office-based or at client sites, fostering relationships and supporting early career development.
The skills gained will lay a foundation for a successful career.
What we are looking for:
We value passion, personality, and originality. To qualify, you should have:
* Predicted/obtained 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and composure under pressure.
* An interest in business and commerce, with organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
Note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or EPQ.
