Job Description Talent and Culture Manager, Allergan Aesthetics, Europe & Canada The AA Talent and Culture Manager is the trusted partner to the AA Europe & Canada (EUCAN) Business, helping to support business strategies and shape our culture by driving impactful leadership and employee engagement experiences, and identifying and developing the talent necessary to make a remarkable impact on the business. This role will also lead EUCAN HR strategic projects and initiatives, partnering with AA EUCAN BHR Team and COEs and will provide ad hoc BHR support as required. The role reports to Head of Human Resources, AA Europe & Canada and sits on the AA EUCAN HR Leadership Team. Responsibilities Strategically partner with AA EUCAN HR Head, and AA EUCAN BHR team to translate business and global HR strategies/processes into prioritized projects, initiatives and related processes, ensuring their effective execution across the Area. Collaborate with International and Area HR stakeholders (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations) to develop, coordinate and seamlessly execute HR processes across EUCAN. Assess outcomes to drive better process and talent outcomes year over year. Partner with BHR and key stakeholders to establish and implement talent and development strategies, in alignment with the broader AbbVie Talent strategy and practices and business needs. Assist or Lead proposals, HR projects and initiatives to resolve strategically important talent, culture and engagement issues affecting the business; manage from concept to completion and utilize change management principles to achieve successful implementation of agreed outcomes. Support activation of engagement initiatives such as Culture Week, Week of Possibilities, etc., to amplify organizational culture. Provide expert consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees and other HR functions regarding HR policies and practices, performance/talent management, etc. Analyze engagement data to identify trends, define and drive EUCAN action plans for sustained improvement, monitoring and communicating progress to maintain focus and results. Plan, coordinate and manage contents of meetings to ensure focused meeting cadence and clear deliverables across EUCAN AA BHR Team. Manage AA EUCAN HR SharePoint site, coordinate bi-weekly HRLT Meetings, best practice and information sharing materials/forums. Partner with AA EUCAN HR Head to create executive level presentations and metrics that convey a strong story that aligns with organizational strategic priorities. Track and report out monthly/quarterly KPI´s on talent, performance, EED&I, etc., use historical and broad organizational data points to weigh business decisions and recommend actions. Manage HR related communications and the Area level Organizational Announcements process. Qualifications Qualifications Proven record of success in HR related positions, HR project management or other HR field with a proven track record in project management, talent, business partnership, etc Strong understanding of organizational culture, engagement, and change management principles. Comfortable working with ambiguity and influencing in uncertain situations to achieve consensus and drive decision making Strong networker and collaborator, able to build successful partnerships with the business and HR Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to navigate a complex matrix organization effectively Self-starter with the ability to function autonomously with a solution-oriented approach Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and across all levels within the organization.
