Adult Therapy Delivery Manager & Clinical Lead
Due to significant growth over the last few years, we have a rewarding opportunity for an Adult Therapy Delivery Manager & Clinical Lead to join the team.
Position: Adult Therapy Delivery Manager & Clinical Lead
Location: Ripley Derbyshire, including travel to other sites, with some home working considered
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week with flexible working available between 8am and 6pm
Salary: £39, per annum pro rata (actual salary £31, for 30hrs per week)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
You will manage the provision of a high quality, specialist service to victims of sexual violence and manage the Adult Therapy Service which offers face to face, telephone and online therapeutic support, counselling sessions (including pre-trial therapy and fast track therapy) and support groups to individuals (and secondary survivors) who have experienced sexual abuse or rape.
You will be the named contact with BACP and to provide direct line management of the Adult Therapy Team, which works within a multi-agency setting to provide an empathic and pro-active service to victims of sexual abuse, adults and children and their families, within and outside of the criminal justice system, across the county. The Therapy Services are funded through multiple grants and contracts.
Demonstrating well developed leadership skills, decisive operational accountability and an ability to work well independently, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership and development of clinical staff and volunteers.
About You
With a minimum of a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy, you will have accredited status with BACP, NCS or other equivalent body and 750 hours post qualification practice.
You will also have:
1. Experience in managing and supporting staff to deliver services effectively
2. A minimum of three years’ experience working specifically with this client group
3. A minimum of two years’ experience of undertaking therapeutic assessments
A valid driving licence and access to your own transport which will need to be insured for business use is essential in this role.
