Great opportunities available to join our Attractions team this Easter Our attractions team are at the front line in helping our guests have a memorable and safe day on park. It’s a varied role so no day is exactly the same. You could be based in our Adventure Castle, welcoming guests into our Hedge Maze, boarding passengers on our Railway, supporting one of our seasonal events in the longhouse, or much more Key duties will include: Operating our exciting range of attractions, ranging from Rockin Rhino, Adventure Castle to Giraffe feeding and costume characters. Following all essential Health & Safety procedures for all attractions as trained, including opening and closing on a daily basis. Engaging our guests and answering queries and providing top quality assistance. Monitoring admissions to attractions. About you Due to the Health & Safety requirements of some attractions, you’ll be over 18 years old. You’ll have an abundance of enthusiasm and energy, and a passion for delivering a great customer service experience. You’ll have excellent communication skills with a confident, professional and friendly nature. You’ll be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations. You will be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. Working hours vary over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
