Job Purpose: To assist the Inventory Management in the effective and accurate maintenance of the Service Centre Inventory System. To assist in the audit of all Inventory related tasks / functions and ensure correct procedures are followed.Key Accountabilities and daily expected duties to include:
* Stock Investigations
* Cycle Counts
* Pallet and Flow Rack Checks
* Defrag
* Toting Marshall
* Date Checks
* Low BOH Counts
* Daily alignment of Leonardo and WMS
* Quarantine Logs
* All work should be completed within a reasonable time as spot checks can be carried out by the management team.
* Creation of Daily reports needed for the smooth functioning of the operation
* To hold knowledge of all SOPs related to the Inventory functions.
* To apply Health and Safety Training to every task undertaken and to have knowledge of all relevant Safe Systems of Work

This role involves an annualised hour's contract. The role will be rotating shifts 06:00 - 14:00hrs and 14:00 - 22:00hrs with a contractually extended 2 hours required if necessary at the end of the shift. Part of the contract will also include up to 21 Sundays and working Bank Holidays when required. Early Shift (06:00 - 14:00hrs) Late Shift (14:00 - 22:00hrs) Sunday Shift (08:00 - 17:00hrs) Whilst the hours of work are fixed an element of flexibility will be required from time to time depending on workload and holidays/Sickness.
