The Vacancy
Reporting to the Housing Services Manager, the successful candidate will run the day-to-day delivery of the Financial Inclusion Services.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide advice and support to our tenants and housing staff around financial inclusion matters, such as income maximisation, including access to welfare benefits, basic bank accounts, credit unions, affordable low-cost loans, and provide budgeting advice. Your strong teamwork skills will complement your ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders. You must also have knowledge of legislation relevant to the Financial Wellbeing role and be ICT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
The successful candidate must possess or be working towards a HND (or equivalent) in a Housing related discipline or be able to evidence relevant experience. A Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle is also an essential part of the role.
The Association currently operates a Hybrid Working model – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This would be available on successful completion of the relevant training plan.
