Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NVQ level 3 Nursery Nurse or equivalent to join our team in the paediatric Emergency department The Nursery Nurse will work alongside other the Multi disciplinary team to provide clinical care to the children and young people attending the department. Main duties of the job To provide an effective and friendly service to all that come through The Paediatric Emergency Department To monitor the children's observations To provide appropriate play and activities for the Children and Young People passing through the department including the use of distraction for some procedures such as blood taking.
