Account Manager

Responsible for managing a Principal Contractor Contract. Reporting to the relevant Business Lead, and through leading and developing a team, ensure that all contractual obligations are met including meeting the contract deliverables and owning the P&L balance sheet. Taking total responsibility for Supply Chain deliverables for both statutory and non-statutory works ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. The role will also involve supporting the client in meeting their compliance targets and supporting them on their Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability performance by driving excellence and championing continuous improvement through supply chain partners. Building strong client relationships, always ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

As an Account Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
* Developing a Strategic Account Plan and ensuring that the contractual obligations are successfully delivered.
* Ensuring that the Strategic Account Management Plan is clearly communicated and understood throughout the Contract and to others as appropriate.
* Managing the overall Contract performance (outputs) by conducting regular client reviews to inform performance and shape the Strategic Account Plan.
* Building strong client relationships built on trust to enable a true partnership.
* Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support the successful delivery of the Contract.
* Building effective supply chain relationships to enable the Contract deliverables and obtain the best rates to ensure value for money.
* Managing the supply chain to deliver the contractual obligations in terms of planned, reactive, quoted, and remedial works.
* Ensuring that all statutory and non-statutory obligations are met.
* Ensuring all health and safety requirements within the Supply Chain are implemented and complied with and encouraging positive health and safety behaviours within the team.
* Identifying any supply chain performance issues and directly addressing and rectifying them.
* Monitoring and driving timely closure of all PPM, Reactive, Quoted, and Remedial Works.
* Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on performance against KPI’s and client-specific data as required ensuring that delivery of planned, reactive, quoted, and remedial works meet or beat the KPIs.
* Leading by example and supporting and developing direct reports.
* Managing the Contract budget and ensuring targets are met, ensuring debt and accruals management.
* Providing budgetary reporting to the client in terms of their spend for planned, reactive, quoted, and remedial works and ensuring accrual figures are provided highlighting any issues or opportunities that may arise.
* Identifying and actioning potential cost-saving opportunities and providing supplementary reporting.
* Identifying potential opportunities for Contract growth for the benefit of the client by sharing Bellrock’s wider portfolio.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an Account Manager, you’ll need:
* Essential:
* Facilities Management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Worked in a customer-facing environment.
* Worked in a Facilities Management environment and has an understanding of the industry/FM market.
* MA, PC or Total FM Contract Management.
* Commercial Contract awareness and understanding.
* Client relationship management.
* Stakeholder and people management.
* Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability awareness.
* IT literate, particularly Powerpoint and Excel including data manipulation.
* Budgetary Management.
* Development and realization of cost-saving initiatives.
* Worked with suppliers/Procurement and maximized Supply Chain leverage.
* Direct management of/communication with the Supply Chain.
* Data management, analysis, and reporting.
* Adherence to processes and procedures.
* Basic technical understanding.
* Desirable:
* Worked in a facilities management/repairs and maintenance environment, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Educated to degree level.
* IWFM Level 4 Qualified.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP for 2 days per week, the rest from home within hours Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
