Account Manager

Responsible for managing a Managing Agent Contract, reporting to the Operations Director ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, including meeting the contract deliverables and providing effective budgetary reporting. The role will involve supporting the client in meeting their compliance targets and supporting them on their Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability performance by driving excellence and championing continuous improvement through supply chain partners. Building strong client relationships, always ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction whilst identifying opportunities for improvements and innovations.

As an Account Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
1. Developing a Strategic Account Plan and ensuring that the contractual obligations are successfully delivered.
2. Ensuring that the Strategic Account Management Plan is clearly communicated and understood throughout the Contract and to others as appropriate.
3. Managing the overall Contract performance (outputs) by conducting regular client reviews to inform performance and shape the Strategic Account Plan.
4. Building strong client relationships based on trust to enable a true partnership.
5. Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support the successful delivery of the Contract.
6. Building effective supply chain relationships to enable the Contract deliverables.
7. Identifying any supply chain performance issues and supporting the client in addressing and rectifying them.
8. Leading by example, managing, supporting, and developing direct reports.
9. Being responsible for the team’s overall performance and ensuring objectives are achieved.
10. Providing budgetary reporting to the client in terms of their spend for planned, reactive, quoted and remedial works and ensuring accrual figures are provided highlighting any issues or opportunities that may arise.
11. Identifying and actioning potential cost saving opportunities and providing supplementary reporting.
12. Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reporting on performance against KPI’s and client specific data as required ensuring that delivery of planned, reactive, quoted and remedial works meet or beat the KPIs.
13. Ensuring and improving the delivery of service excellence across the Account through maximising efficient and effective working practices and actively sharing best practice.
14. Supporting the bidding process as required.
15. Identifying opportunities for improvement/innovations to enhance the service.
16. Working with the client to determine any additional services that Bellrock Group may be able to offer to support their business.
17. Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture ensuring any issues and areas of concern are addressed or escalated as necessary.

What does it take?

Essential:
1. Facilities Management qualification or equivalent experience
2. IT literate, particularly Excel – including data manipulation
3. MA, PC or Total FM contract management
4. Client relationship management
5. Stakeholder and people management
6. Experience in a customer-facing environment
7. Budgetary management/reporting
8. Development and realisation of cost saving initiatives
9. Management of/communication with the Supply Chain
10. Data management, analysis and reporting
11. Adherence to processes and procedures
12. Commercial contract awareness and understanding
13. Basic technical understanding
14. Responsibility for relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability requirements
15. Confident/assertive/self-motivated/driven

Desirable:
1. Educated to degree level
2. IWFM Level 4 Qualified or working towards Level 4
3. Experience in a repair and maintenance environment
4. Experience working with suppliers/Procurement and managing Supply Chain leverage
5. Previous experience in managing a team
Working arrangements
