About the Role with Our Client:
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop their talented team of 16 process professionals (3 Senior Analysts, 13 Analysts) π§βπ€βπ§
* Strategic Impact: Collaborate on strategic planning to ensure the team delivers measurable business value (they're already contributing million pounds worth of annual savings! π°)
* Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently liaise with and influence senior stakeholders, right up to Director and Executive levels πΌ
* Drive Excellence: Oversee demand management, resource allocation, and ensure the quality delivery (using BPMN 2.0) of process improvement initiatives π
* Champion Change: Play a key role in supporting the team and wider organisation in adopting new, efficient ways of working π±

* Deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPMN 2.0, frameworks, mapping) πΊοΈ
* Proven Change & Transformation leadership skills π

* Experience in complex/regulated environments π‘
