Customer Service Administrator
Our client is a well-established company based near Caistor. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Main Purpose of the Customer Service Administrator Role:
The main purpose of this role is to help deliver excellent customer service to both their wholesale distributors and field sales teams.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
1. Supporting designated field sales personnel to provide information, order support, and quotations to the UK customer base
2. Credit returns
3. Entry of sales orders ensuring all required information is submitted
4. Ensure customer records are kept up to date
5. Liaise with the logistics department to maintain accurate information
6. Answering calls and emails
7. Allocation of third-party stocks
8. Any other reasonable tasks on request
The Perfect Customer Service Administrator:
1. SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential
2. Great customer service
3. Strong administrative skills
4. Team player
