We are recruiting for a Maintenance Facilities Administrator (12-month maternity cover) to work at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The successful candidate will work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:30. Main Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of internal reports related to staffing, payroll, and facility costs. Maintain accurate records and support the use of internal systems for timekeeping, inventory, and task tracking. Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices. Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain and update stock records, including item codes and descriptions. Support stock counts, manage incoming deliveries, and issue equipment or supplies to relevant teams. Oversee general facilities tasks such as locker management, waste collection coordination, and PPE distribution. Support day-to-day operational queries and provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth site operations.
