You will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational requirements within a fast-paced and dynamic e-Commerce environment. This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday on the night shift covering hours of 20:45 - 07:15. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £ 37,493 per annum plus 20%-night shift allowance, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you’ll do on a typical day: Ensure Environmental and Health & Safety requirements are met Conduct disciplinary meetings, counselling sessions, occupational health referrals and resolution of grievances where appropriate Achieve and exceed KPI target expectations, reporting any deficiencies in operational targets immediately through the escalation process Effective communications to variety of stakeholders at all levels including client communications What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous managerial experience in a similar size environment Excellent people management skills Exposure to WMS systems Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Word, Excel, Outlook) We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
