Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance for the firm’s software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, iManage, and Windows operating systems.
2. Troubleshoot basic hardware, including iOS devices, laptops, printers, and network connectivity (e.g., Zscaler VPN).
3. Support meeting rooms and assist with external AV events.
4. Contribute to technology projects such as Laptop Refresh, ITSM Implementation, and Printer Rollout.
What You’ll Need:
1. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
2. 2-3 years of IT Support experience, within a legal or professional services environment.
3. Experience supporting online meetings, webinars, and AV environments.
4. Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles is advantageous.
