The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
2. Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within UC solutions.
3. Act as a UC specialist, providing tailored recommendations and expert guidance to meet customers' communication needs.
4. Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and growth through strategic account management.
5. Lead customer engagement initiatives, including product showcases and exclusive VIP events.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective campaign execution.
7. Track and optimise account performance, using data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed sales targets.
