A prestigious international IT and communications solution provider that enables clients to maximise their productivity while delivering first class communication is looking for a Sales Director for UK and Ireland with an IT solution selling background to be responsible for the thriving office, with the ability and skills to drive and motivate the team through the next stage of growth. Along with a salary of circa £100,000 per annum, you will also receive up to 40% OTE, a car allowance (£6,000) and private healthcare.As Sales Director for UK and Ireland, your duties will include:
1. Driving accountability for delivering the required monthly KPI’S, meeting plans, and other required metrics
2. Leading the team to embrace and drive sales opportunities through the established sales process.
3. Recruiting, selecting, training, and equipping sales team members for success.
4. Evaluating team members and providing them with regular and timely feedback with constructive input on how to improve their skills and abilities to perform in their respective roles.
5. Conducting bi-annual performance appraisals for all team members.
6. Being a strong liaison between the Company, channel partners, dealers/integrators, and end-users. Always being on the lookout for ideas and programs that will strengthen the business and provide input directly to Company headquarters for consideration.
