As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, managing service inquiries, scheduling maintenance visits, and ensuring that our engineers are optimally deployed. Your role will involve handling customer queries, promoting our product range, and providing essential administrative support.
The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proficiency in Microsoft Office products is also required to facilitate daily tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements
* Manage customer inquiries and schedule service and maintenance visits.
* Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve service excellence.
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.
* Process payments over the phone accurately.
* Assist in stock management and ordering supplies.
* Oversee diary management for scheduled engineering visits.
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and processing.
