We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our Outreach Services team with an immediate start. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday only.
The primary responsibilities of this role may include accompanying clients on shopping trips, participating in various outdoor activities, attending appointments, and enjoying leisurely outings however due to the client group having low mental health, experience with mental health/support/care is required and a valid drivers licence with access to own car. The successful candidate will ideally have an SVQ 2 or willingness to work towards their SVQ 2 in health and social care which is funded by Gateway. Successful applicants must be able to speak fluent English.
